At booking, one-third (1/3) of the balance is due, with the next third due 30 days later and the final third 60 days later. Payments may be made by credit card, check, wire, or Venmo. Credit card payments incur a non-refundable 3% convenience fee. If you must cancel, please email fish@sportsmanscovelodge.com. Cancellations over 90 days before check-in incur a fee of 50% of the trip cost; within 90 days, the fee is 100%.
